Life Coaching & Spiritual Direction/Listening

Jerome Meeds, AFSC (Executive Director), enjoys meeting men and women to offer life coaching blended with spiritual direction. A certified life coach since 2004, Jerome listens with patience, asks powerful questions, and offers humor for the weary soul. Some outcomes of life coaching include: setting goals, getting organized, regular exercise, slowing down, turning a dream into reality.

Mary Meeds, RN, AFSC began her journey as a spiritual listener during the 1980s when she trained and worked as a registered nurse. She soon extended the gift of therapeutic relationship to pastoral ministry and women’s leadership in her Catholic covenant community. After years of practice, Mary’s greatest joy in life is validating the story of another person and lifting up the dignity of the other person.
