Remember that the good of the young people entrusted to you is the most important thing of all.”
Saint John Baptist de La Salle
Want to shape the future of a young leader? Share your knowledge and experience with our Dunrovin Servant Leader Team.
Your backgrounds and skills are helpful resources for our Servant Leader young adults. During their Dunrovin gap year, these young people who have immersed themselves in a year of service will explore career goals, learn professional skills, and mature in their work ethic. They need Leadership Mentors willing to share professional stories and values to help the Servant Leaders in their personal growth.

- Share professional stories of your personal career and a historical perspective of the workforce.
- Speak of values that have shaped your own success – and failures – in the corporate or not-for-profit world.
- Teach skills that help a person be a valued employee, such as communication, business etiquette, following a schedule, relationships with a boss, etc.
- Listen to the Servant Leaders’ questions, hopes, dreams, fears, and ideas.
