LEAD: Leadership Experience At Dunrovin
Encounter • Training • Intensive (DLITE) • Immersion
A four-step servant leadership program built on personal development, mission, community, and faith
Offered year-round for high school teen leaders and middle school students
Level 1:
LEAD Encounter
Middle school students encounter Christ during school year retreats or Summer Programs as they witness teen/young adult role models. Faith starts here!
Level 2:
LEAD Training
We train high school students as servant leaders and then witness a lively dynamic as they give fun, relevant, and experiential retreats for younger students!
Level 3:
LEAD Intensive
Teens engage in life-changing activities together as servant leaders during summer DLITE retreats where they serve inner-city students and complete team challenges.
Level 4:
LEAD Immersion
For young adults between ages 18-24. Take a fabulous gap year and experience service and ministry combined with professional development.
For adult leaders, Dunrovin offers Walk Alongside leadership training.
