Dunrovin Christian Brothers Retreat Center invites you to relax in the welcoming atmosphere of its beautiful facilities. Located on 50 secluded acres in a national park, the St. Croix National Scenic Riverway on the St. Croix River, Dunrovin is a picturesque place to pray, relax, and energize. Our mission aspires to offer Christian hospitality to all who come, groups and individuals, adults and youth. We believe that the peace of God's creation along with the warmth of our hospitable staff provides rest and renewed vision for a variety of rental groups.
With a special emphasis on the poor, inspired by the founder of the CHRISTIAN BROTHERS - St. John Baptist de La Salle, Dunrovin offers YOUTH PROGRAMS for at-risk youth to come for summer camp, along with teenage mentors. In this combination, a bridge between the cultures is born, friendship grows, and hope for the future kindled. In addition, a lively staff of youth leaders guide junior and senior high students through retreats that are offered throughout the year.
Call our friendly staff for more information about retreats that we sponsor or for renting the facilities. Several buildings are available. The RETREAT CENTER occupancy totals 46 adults or 80 youth in 38 single rooms, one double room, and three suites. The FRANCIS COTTAGE sleeps four, and the RIVER CABIN sleeps two, and THE APARTMENT sleeps three.
